Explore our lineup of three-week, project-based classes for grades 6–12. Each course meets twice a week (1 hour/session), with a maximum of 15 students to maximize interaction and support.
All classes: $149.99 per student, per session (3 weeks, 6 live meetings). Use your homeschool allotment or pay directly.
Ready to master the essentials of income tax preparation? This hands-on course uses the trusted VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) curriculum to guide students through the fundamentals of filing taxes accurately and confidently. Designed for grades 10–12, students will learn key concepts such as understanding tax forms, identifying deductions and credits, and preparing basic tax returns.
At the end of the course, students receive a certificate of completion that qualifies them to assist in community tax preparation programs—an excellent stepping stone toward real-world work experience and skill-building.
Take your tax preparation skills to the next level with our Advanced Income Tax Prep course, also built on the VITA curriculum. Perfect for motivated grades 10–12 students, this class dives deeper into complex tax scenarios, including self-employment income, education credits, and tax planning strategies.
Upon completion, students earn a certificate acknowledging their advanced proficiency and eligibility to work with community tax programs, providing both resume-building experience and a pathway to paid or volunteer tax prep opportunities. Must take Basic section first.

From crafting a professional email to writing a persuasive proposal, this course builds must-have written and presentation skills for success in any field. Grade Level 9-12
Got an idea? Learn to think like an entrepreneur! Students explore small-business planning, marketing, and pitch their own mini venture by the end of class. u retain information and apply what you've learned in real-world situations. Grade level 9-12
