Go to microsoft.com/teams and download the free app for your device. We recommend a laptop or tablet.
STEP 2 — SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Sign in at account.microsoft.com. For students under 13, use the parent’s email to create the account.
STEP 3 — TEST YOUR CAMERA & MIC
Open Teams → Settings → Devices. Confirm your camera and microphone are working before your first class.
STEP 4 — WAIT FOR YOUR CLASS LINK
Your unique Teams meeting link will arrive 24–48 hours before your first class. Do not share it outside your enrolled group.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this eligible for our homeschool allotment?
Yes — Snow Owl Learning Pod is a registered Alaska business. We accept Purchase Orders and work with Raven Homeschool, YKSD, and other co-op programs. Email enroll@snowowlpod.org for a W-9 or vendor documentation.
What is the refund policy?
75% refund before the first class. 25% refund after the first class. No refund after the third class.
What if my student misses a class?
Students who give written notice before a missed class may make up 1 class in the next course at no charge. Two unexcused absences result in removal. Students must attend at least 4 of 6 classes to earn a Certificate of Completion.
How does the 3-Course Bundle work?
Pay $749 for any 3 courses. After payment, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm your selections and send your class links. Credits valid 6 months.
What does my student need to participate?
A laptop, desktop, iPad, or Chromebook with Microsoft Teams installed, a working camera and microphone, and reliable internet. All course materials are provided digitally before the first class.
